Free jump stirrups

Hi guys
Does anyone know what length the free jump stirrups are?
It says one size but didn’t know what that meant- 4” 4 1/2”???
Any advice appreciated, thanks

The child ones work up to a foot size of 39. Adult ones above. Its a bit misleading if you have small feet!
