Not sure if anyone has already posted this, I did look, but couldn't find a post.
The University Of Edinburgh are running a free online equine nutrition course, it's only a 5 week course and having just completed week one, I've found it to be excellent, just passed the first weeks little exam with 100%
For anyone wanting to sign up, you will need to do so by 3pm tomorrow (Monday) and have taken the first exam by then... but in all honesty, it really isn't that hard. The online lectures are really really good
