I took Amber (yellow labrador x golden retriever) over the Quantocks earlier and she decided that she wanted to be more like her dad - a chocolate labrador.

This was before she got to the big pond up there which was just as filthy so she needed a bath when she got back!

Ohhhhh she had soooo much fun today! We went out with another lab (who stayed clean!) and a collie who just got a bit of mud in his longer coat and the friends I was with, who kept trying to call Amber out of the mud, but I don't really mind her getting dirty - dogs will be dogs, and it's nothing that a hose and some shampoo won't cure!

Some dogs are half hippo I reckon. I can take Evie and Buffy a walk round the roads with no apparent mud in sight yet when we get home Evie is filthy and Buffy is pristine. Amber looks like she is having so much fun in those pictures :D

Eeek! I'm hoping you walked there and didn't take the car - wouldn't fancy that drive home lol.

She's lovely, my old yellow boy lab would've thought so too :D
