If you are wanting to contact FD good luck! If you are like many of us out there that have ordered and paid for goods in the last 12 months you may not necessarily get them. If you are having problems then i suggest that you contact Northallerton Trading Standards as they have been very helpful. Not sure if FD are still trading as website has now gone. I did have problems but trading standards came up trumps and I did get my money back in full. Good Luck
