Freelance Instructor wanted Ripon area

Hi. I have the luxury of an arena at home but would now like and instructor to sort me out!
I am after someone to encourage dressage (elementary) and simple jumping for an adult and allround for a 12yr old on a fairly green pony...
Any suggestions please
