Thinking of getting my pony freezemarked - I live on the Kent Sussex border. Has anyone had it done round this neck of the woods and if so, who did they get to do it, cost and any recommendations? Oh, so many questions!!!!

freezemark ltd , look on internet they will cover most areas and will let you know when they are in your area, more ponies the cheaper it is so get together with some of the other owners at the yard, its the best way to deter thieves i swear by it ,

Farmkey are the other ones who do freezemarking. Have you a local Horsewatch group as they may be organising a marking session.

Farmkey have lots more members than Freezemark Limited I was told so went with them. On the basis that if any of the horses got stolen there would be more people out looking for them under Farmkey's text notification system.
Regardless of who you decide to go with it is absolutely THE best way to deter thieves, as Wafarerwitch said. Well done for making the decision to go ahead with this, it does definitely give you peace of mind.
