freeze marks

has anyone got any idea how i can trace a freeze mark, the people who done the freezemark are not trading anymore, i have tried farm key with no luck, the freezemark is 2L6* the star is a diamond, not really sure where else to try, it really annoys me when people dont pass paper work on. Thanks.

yeh tried that but all they could tell me was the company who freezed marked her were not trading anymore, seems such a shame, some one somewhere has the paper work, oh well keep on searching!!
