With Farmkey I took my mares passport (and my geldings to prove I was a Farmkey member for a discount!) The lady didn't even ask to see them and thinking about it the paperwork they sent me in the post before the marking said nothing about needing to have the passport with you.

Northern brand did. The page where my passport has my horses markings, she has put a mini ink stamp of the freeze brand there and marked on the horse id picture where the brand is
Farmkey have been this afternoon and Flin is now the proud owner of 00VE. He behaved so well and hardly bothered about any of the process! So glad he is finally done!!
