Does anyone know why Farmkey number wont work?? I tried but goes dead and no other number is available, I need to talk to them about a freezemark.

Is that Farmkey or PEM taking the money? I would hope it's PEM as they've taken over the database.

I'm sure if you speak to PEM they will discuss with you as they have effectively taken over the freeze marking part of Farmkey's business.

Are you sure they actually took the money? My horse is freeze-marked and I had a direct debit set up but they haven't taken any money for at least the last couple of years.
