French bulldog/boston terrier?

Has anyone had either of these breeds and how do they compare?

Prose's Stella is a Boston.

Haven't had one, have met a few and I'd say that they're rather similar in many ways. Both are active and likes fun, but I'd say that the Boston Terrier has a little bigger need to be active than the French Bulldog, that isn't to say that the FB can't be as active if they get the opportunity, just that they don't need it. The BT requires a more firm owner to not take control, the FB are willful but doesn't try take control.

I think the FB are easier in general, they're supposed to be good mice hunters, but they're sensitive to temperature differences and some males can require more dog-socialization than others to not act aggressive towards other dogs.

The BT are easier to train, can also be sensitive to weather extremes, without proper dog-socialization they can want to be dominant towards other dogs.

I have wondered off and on for days about making a Where's PROSE?-post. But so far I've settled with that old cliché about that "No news are good news". Hopefully she's just to busy making new Stella-films.
