Frickley arena eventing

Has anyone done this before?
How is it judged and what would we expect to meet on the course?
Been a few times to Frickley to do the be but first time doing this with my little sensitive welshie

Am going BE at Frickley next weekend. Nothing to add about the AE but looking forward to returnign to Freckly after having done the area festival earlier on in the year

I’ve done it three times and absolutely love it - it’s my favourite competition of the year

it’s a busy atmosphere but very enjoyable and doesn’t tend to overwhelm the horses.

Course wise - it’s a nice SJ’ing course followed by XC fences in usual AE format. Everything is very inviting and a flowing course on grass. You do jump into the darker woody areas twice so need to kick on there!

You’ll love it though - fully recommend it
