Friends horse being attacked on daily basis by dogs

Any chance you could get a video of it then show it to yo as they may not believe that the dogs are being aggressive? As they may be one of those owners who believe their dogs can do no wrong.

I'd be concerned about staying there especially if horse were to kick dog then yo may blame you (even thought its their fault the bloomin thing was allowed in the field.)
