Frivolous thread - would this colour work on my palomino

I don't think so. I think you need something lighter. If you could get something the same colour as her mane and tail, I think she'd look really smart.

If you can stand it, I have found a good red looks good! As does - rather surprisingly -a good bluey teal.

Nope, definitely not. Shes such a gorgeous gold colour that tan brown isnt going to work.

Ermm arab palominos are only to be dressed in pink, or purple at a push did you not spot that bit in the contract?

fwiw C's nicest numnah on her is white with gold rope edging , I think it has her name in gold embroidery too .

I love the bluey teal, and I had it on my leopard appy but on her I think I’d have flash backs to this period of my childhood:

Look at the colours in the Equito range, some lovely ones there ? ( I have the Hazelnut one and also the shiny black with gold binding, they both suit B Fuzzy well)

I agree with the others, too close to her colour. If you wanted to stay neutral then I think cream would work really well.

Palominos are quite hard to dress I think. My old girl ended up in forest green or navy blue, boring but worked. Same with our buckskin. I love having a black horse as pretty much everything works!
