I reallllly want to get some frizzle Chickens. I haven’t had chickens before. Does anyone have any experience with Frizzles that could give me some info?

Frizzles are lovely. I had 3 black pekin frizzle sisters and a cream x breed frizzle. All have been freindly girls. Not always easy to get hold off, I spent a while looking to find some.

Have a look at Pipinchick Poultry. They breed lots of different sorts including frizzles and can give lots of advice. We have Silkies from them and they are lovely healthy birds.

I have 8 frizzles that I very much thought were going to be silkies! 2/3 weeks old atm.

Tell me why! Other than aesthetics... as I'm not particularly delighted tbh.. they are silkie x frizzles I think...

Some look OK, pekin frizzles for instnace, but silkie frizzles just look like they have mange...I know beauty is in the eye of the beholder and all that!
