From 0-60 in 7 days ...

I bought my son a new pony at the beginning of August (the day before we went on holiday for 3 weeks ...) - he rode him for the first time on Tuesday last week - had a lesson four out of the next 6 days, and then did a little competition on the bank holiday Monday. The difference between the lesson on the Tuesday and the competition on the Monday is nothing short of miraculous. His instructor is fab and really made such a difference - I just did not know where to start with the two of them!!!
It really goes to show how much difference a good instructor can make - we should all take note!!!

What a lovely pony! I'm envious that your son rides, mine declared a need to ride ponies and managed two hacks out and one (admittedly slightly hair raising, complete with rearing) session in the school, then switched allegiance to watching My Little Pony on tv instead. Glad to see they are happy together

He is by Sandbourne Royal Ensign out of Coveham Sensation. He really is a true gentleman of a pony!
