Naughty Beau roughing himself up in the field, hope he is back to his usual self soon and the bribery does the trick. I've been trying the same with Hopalong (substitute hunting bribe for eventing bribe!) but I think the problem is when we are starting back out we have to do boring stuff like DR only so she takes the huff and picks up a sick note again to avoid DR?! :rolleyes:

Cheers spooky, I do wish I could clone her and have her as a 10 year old or summat, but she doesn't seem to know her age (although maybe her legs do?!) and is very enthusiastic still about her galloping and jumping. :)

Thanks, both Hopalong and I agree that the Pinging Party Pony is the most fun one! ;) I wish I was cheating, but have been reliably informed that she is a '91 foal. Her previous owner sent me this cute photo of her as a 4yo in 1995;

Just wanted to say it is great to see a Hopalong report again :D Love your photos especially the first and the last park one, she looks so well.

Naughty ponio, I should tell her if she keeps running up big bills you will put her to work giving pony rides :)
