Front limb PSD

I wonder if anyone here has had front limb PSD to their horse? And if so when did it get better? How long did it take before you saw the improvement on the ultrasound, if you saw any improvement at all? My horse was diagnosed with front limb PSD, only a small small inflammation, left worse than right. Did an ultrasound the day he got the diagnosis but have not done one since (3 months). He is cleared by the vets to start riding again, bur I really want to have an ultrasound to see if there is any improvement. Veterinarians advise against it since they say there is very little probability that there is a change. So I am very curious if any horses have received this diagnosis and seen a change in ultrasound, and if so, how long it may have taken

Gosh, mine had one. One limb as a result of an accident.

We had an initial scan, PRP, Arc Equine, shockwave, ice, ice, ice, controlled walking, anti inflammatories and a supplement.

6 weeks later, the damage was barely there. Even the vet was surprised at how quickly the damage had healed.

I definitely had a second scan, with the third shockwave therapy, before returning to work.
