So my guy is having an operation next Thursday and will be having a considerable amount of time off. He was due a visit from the farrier so I decided to have his front off today he has been bare behind since April!
He came out of his stable hobbling. I noticed he is pretty much on his soles. Once on a roll walking in a straight line he seems better but uneven ground and stones VERY sore. I know this is to he expected. But as he is due on hospital next week and is staying for 10 days is it realistic to think I can get him a bit more comfortable by then?
If so what can I do to help him along. He has been turned back out and was fine on the grass! Thanks in advance!
