Frontline spot on for sweet itch

Hi I was just wondering if any one had tried front line spot on ponies mane and tails to help with sweet itch, my vet recommended the front line spray for harvest mite and it seemed to help, so would love to hear from any one that has.

NEver heard of it in 18 years of owning sweetitch pony but will watch this thread with interest.
My best guess is that the sweetitch helpline would know about it and tell people about it if it was a reliable remedy.
Their Boett rugs were a revelation for me. I've almost given up buying fly spray & have saved as much money in fly spray as the rugs cost in the first place. There are cheaper versions available now.
Fal Silver INteractive sweetitch rug is good too.
