frozen carrots?

i have a net of carrots at the yard but in this weather they have frozen. is it ok to feed the horses these or not?

if not then is there a way that i can safely thaw them out enough to feed? thanks

mine are frozen too, but im not feeding them as its like feeding ice. the only way I can think of defrosting is to put them in a bucket of hot water.

mmm no doubt some one will correct me but my carrots are frozen and i throw a couple in each feed - always have so ummmmmm am i wrong lol

I keep them at home & take what I need for each time I go to yard. Have left them tucked well inside the chop bin during the day, and so far they havent frozen for the evening feeds, but I wont leave them overnight.

maybe like ice but as they chew and munch them with salvia they will warm and mmm seeing as mine eat frozen grass at mo lol

I have a net of carrots which I keep at home in the feed room. I just bring a few into the house and allow them to thaw out for a while before I give them to the horses.

ive brought mine inside as didnt think it was good for them as completley frozen .no idea otherwise
