Frozen ground

It's such a drag!

Went out for a hack this morning, but it was just like concrete with no sign of thawing

I can't even hack, the roads are too icy following recent snow and the school is frozen! Roll on summer...........

I keep thinking it's coming but then the frost creeps back! Frozen school and frozen forest = nightmare! 2 of the horses have gone lame, probably from hard ground

You still have snow? That's rubbish. I hear it's meant to return soon for us, rumour has it worse than last time, but not for as long.

Not much snow but enough to stop riding on the roads. Still, at least it's February tomorrow so we're getting there........

The frost has got to be better than muddy paddocks and flooding???
We are set for a few days of hard frosts here which is nice to hear as at least i can travel on grass without making a huge mess!!

Is frozen all you have to worry about? Im looking outside at a blizzard right now. Horse got clipped yesterday, all ready to be brought back into work but no chance just now

And don't forget to complain about the flies and all of the poo picking when it's too hot to do anything!!

I suppose your right, it could be far worse. Just a bummer when the frost lasts for most of the day!

Bring on the horse flies, I got bitten so much last summer haha! And the ground was just as hard as it was today- always something to complain about!
