Frustrated!!!!!

OK folks, so I have uploaded my picyys onto photobucket. So how do I now get them onto my profile? I am getting a bit frustrated as I am finding this a bit difficult to master, and not found any instructions on the Horse and Hound forum on how achieve this. PLEASE help!!!

Jessruledaworld did a section on this it is supposed to be stuck up for all forum users. Just had a look and can't find it if you pm her she'll tell you where it is. Sorry I've looked for you and can't find it. I'll go and have another look. But if you pm Jess i'm sure she'll pm you to tell you where it is.
