Could someone tell me if this bit is dressage legal or not - I've got myself all confused....

Also, are keepers dressage legal - not even sure if I need them with this bit....

Yes legal for bd, it's just fei you can't have a bit of two metals. No idea on keepers sorry!

I seem to think that you don't need keepers if the rings are eggbutt style, but should if they are loose ring. Not sure if I'm right, I'm sure someone more knowledgeable will correct if needs be!

I have a very similar bit on one of mine and although she is a difficult one to bit she seems to like it. We don't use keepers
