As we narrow our search for a new house it is centred on Chesham or Berkhamsted area and now I need help finding livery. I am looking for full livery with an indoor school and turnout. Preferably an onsite rider for my advanced dressage horse and hacking as yes he does that too! I could Live without an onsite rider if it means bringing one in when I am travelling. All ideas really appreciated within a 10-15 min drive of the above areas. Many thanks.

I used to live in that area but it was a few years agin and I can't think of a yard off the top of my head. Could be worth asking local horse vets if they know of any yards that meet your requirements.

Join the Hertfordshire horse riders group to ask for appropriate yards/livery. Anyone who is anyone seems to be on there. If you need an invitation to join (think you do) then pm me on here with your Facebook name.

I am close to Chesham and know of Flamstead Farm in Ashley Green. I used to keep horses there before it was done up and now it looks beautiful, But apart from that I don't know much about it now. Has an indoor and outdoor manege and hacking I know that much! I am sure there are a few classical dressage trainers in the area I will get my thinking cap on.

If you don't know the area you can PM me and I can give you a few more names of livery yards I know that have Indoor arenas.

I know a lady called Lisa, she offers part/full livery in chartridge, just up the hill in chesham. She has some happy customers I am told! Friend of a full livery there and she's thoroughly happy with her horses there.
Another full livery is Sacha Hamilton Equestrian centre, Sacha specialises in dressage and paraplegic/ disabled people, but this is in chalfont st giles, (15-20 min drive from chesham) there is oldefields in seer green, but I am not sure if they are primarily dressage.
All yards mentioned above are lovely!!

Just looked up the new Flaunden yard. Their prices are actually slightly cheaper than similar ones in the area. It is very expensive round there, sadly.
