Full grass retirement livery

Hi, not looking for a place looking for prices, facilities etc as considering doing this ourselves and want to know how in demand this kind of thing is, thanks though

I know there is one near Bedford but cant find it. They are really well looked after etc. If you google retirement livery BHS there are some advertised with prices it was £60 pw full grass livery (not sure what that means exactly but the info is there)

£60 per week for full grass retirement livery. Crikey that's a lot of money. Does that include worming, farrier, vet, hard feed, rugging, stable if sick or injured. If so it's a good price, but I doubt it does.
Most retirement livery includes hay, worming and checking daily, everything else is extra.

Google equine tranquilty bedford. It will give you an idea of prices (expensive). Must be a need for it though as they have a lot of horses!

Someone I know visited the Bedford one and said it was very nice , the horses were in herds and obviously if they needed PTS they sort it out etc.

I think it depends on where you are in the country. I was looking for somewhere a couple of years ago for my old boy and I found a lovely place in Cornwall - I didn't send him in the end as I decided to keep him with me at home, but as I recall, the price was about £140 per month which included one feed a day and worming and teeth. There was another place in Devon which was similarly priced.
