Full lenth wax riding jackets

I saw someone out hacking a couple of weeks ago with a full length wax jacket, which also had a built in exercise sheet for the horse (does that make sense?)

It wasn't like the ordinary ones, that just unpop and cover the back of the saddle - this one covered the entire hindquaters. I have looked for them online, but can't find them - does anyone know who makes them?

I've got a Barbour replica one. Brilliant for dog walking but I think I'd feel a bit silly riding in it - like having a train
