I wonder if anyone can help!

Last February I rescued a 3yo f Chestnut after her racing career came to an end.

She has spent the last year at a friend's stables where she really has blossomed. It really isn't fair on my friend though who is really struggling (particularly in these conditions) to keep up with mucking out my horse plus her own string.

As such I'm looking for a short to medium term (6 months max) fix by finding a livery yard for my horse.

Given work committments and my experience i'd love to find a full-livery yard so that i can have peace of mind that all is taken care of.

I'd also like a yard within the N.E. London (Walthamstow) / Essex (Hainault) area so I can get down to the yard as often as possible.

Can anyone recommend a good full-livery yard in this area. I've been past Brownings Farm (Gravel Lane) which looked fab, but not sure if they are full-livery as well or just DIY.

I know i won't like the answer, but if anyone can tell me the cost of full-livery in this area that would be great! :-)

Any advice, recommendations would be really appreciated by me and the lovely Nelly!

Well how about Lee Valley riding school on lee bridge road in Leyton, they have a livery yard and offer all types of livery but it doesn't come cheap.

Also have a look along Stewardstone road as their are several along there. Most yards are willing to offer a full livery service.
I would say the average price is probably around £120 per wk

Hi there

Brownings is DIY im afraid but I do think they offer services so you may be able to get full livery. you could try Havering riding school, they offer full livery at £320 per month but this is in north romford so not sure if its too far for you.

PM me if you want more details. good luck.
