Full livery Nantwich area

I am putting the feelers out for full livery in the nantwich area. For 1 gelding.
Must haves:
Arena with lights
Daily turnout (understand may be odd days where not possible)
Decent hacking
Jumps/poles
Knowledgable owner/staff
No bitchiness
Ideally not a huge livery yard as dont like too big/busy yards

Very easy going easy to get on with livery, always clean up after myself.

Depending on which side of Nantwich you are, Marbury Equestrian Centre has excellent facilities inc a farm ride, and is well regarded. It may be a bigger yard than you’re looking for, though.
