Full Livery Suffolk with good hacking??

Hello, in advance of a move to Suffolk to be nearer my inlaws I am starting to think about Livery yards. I need full livery with good turnout (what a surprise!) somewhere in the area between Woodbridge and Southwold (sorry, rather a large area but we've just started our search). Hacking (ideally off road) is the most important aspect for me (more than sand schools etc). Yard does need to be reliable with good communication as I'm sometimes away for work. Any recommendations would be very greatfully recieved!
 
I've recently moved from mid Wales to Suffolk - Bury St Edmunds area. I used Google maps to plot out the yards I could find on there and also joined any local horse Facebook groups and then searched for 'livery' in them. I found it best to ring the yards to discuss and then I went in early December for a weekend to look round them before moving in mid Jan. Good luck with your search and move!
 
I used to compete around poplar parks fabulous cross country course around 25 years ago it was amazing really good sandy ground. No idea what the stables/livery is like but if you want great hacking I think it’s fab 👍

It looks great! It looks like you can even hack to the beach. My boy lives in the edges of London at the moment, all that turnout would be heaven for him!
 
nothing to add other than I am very jealous that yard looks amazing and cheap!! So close to the beach too, very envious (sat in land locked west midlands!!)
