Full Livery - Surrey/Berkshire

So I'm finally taking the plunge after a number of years off and buying a young horse to bring on and event. However sadly I can't give up my day job so I'm looking for full livery at a competition yard (preferably an event yard). Somewhere not too big with turnout and within 1 - 1.5 hours drive from Fulham so I guess Surrey or Berkshire. I know there have been a number of posts on this but just thought I'd ask again - sorry! I've seen Molly Key mentioned in the forums but I can't find any details for her. Also I wondered about Kate Lukas' yard in Reigate. Anyway any suggestions would be gratefully received - living/working in London for the last 10 years I feel terribly out of the horsey loop so it would be super to get any words of wisdom and advice re yards.

Kate Lucas is at lmeq, its stunning there! Fiona breach at mayor house, farley green events and takes full liveries.

Lmeq is a brilliant facility and mayor house has fantastic hacking.
Both Molly and Kate's yards are well positioned for motorways etc.
