Full livery yard near Upminster, Essex

Just on the off chance there's any I don't know about - a friend is looking for a decent full livery yard near Upminster, Essex. No more than a 15 minute drive, must have all year round grazing, floodlit school and decent hacking. I don't think it exists though!

Any suggestions welcome

hey i a livery in upminster down nags head lane called tylers hall good yard but no all year grazing , there is also a soem other ones around in upminster i know off !

Erm what about Harwood Hall? I think that is near Upminster/Cranham. Don't know what livery they offer though....

Thanks for the suggestions - Harwood is very close but hacking is awful, and grazing isn't great.

Three Horseshoes.......have heard lots of stories about it, let's put it that way!

lol ummm yh harwood hall is a nice small yard with nice out door in upminster . But im not sure on the exact price , there are also a few small private ones in brentwood not sure if thats too far n a few in upminster

Brentwood would be good I think, just don't know of any full livery ones.

I've had a scout through the essex rider and there one that says it offers full livery with good grazing and manege near South Weald. I can PM you the phone number if you like?

hmmm my friend keeps her pony at a full livery in brentwood i will ask her ? ummm i also know of a full livery down the road from mine but cnt think fo its name there is long wood and norton heath but they are slightly further out a competeion yards x hoe iv helped x anymre info i find i will let you know

just make sure your friend doesn't end up where I was as they do full livery! I take it French's Farm is no good?
