Full marks for Equestrian Clearance

After all the bad reports about various equestrian sites, just wanted to praise Equestrian Clearance.
Ive never had a problem with them before and I know they are 'one of the good ones' but I ordered a coat yesterday afternoon and it arrived this morning!!
Half the price of other well known sites too.

Another vote from me - always had excellent, fast service and the only time there was a problem with an item (not their fault) I had a refund the day after I posted it back - very impressed with them and will use again

Yes, I agree completely!! I ordered twice from them this week
Their orders always come quick and when I had to return a girth that was missing a roller on the buckle, they exchanged it no hassle.

I cannot say that about another equestrian website where I have ordered three custom made things from last month and even sent them my side saddle numnah for them to make me another. They have disappeared off the face of the planet with my money and my numnah and won't answer emails or the phone. Even their Ebay ID has racked up a number of negatives this month too.

I've been using them for a few years now and never had any problems.

I have to add, I'm also quite impressed with Robinsons at the moment (never thought I'd say that) as the sale items I ordered on Tuesday are here already!
