Just wondered how much you would expect to pay for the following:
Feed (additives etc at owners cost)
Hay and bedding
14 x 14 stable
All mucking out
Turn out, bring in if required
Rug changes
Brush off, feet picked out etc.
Use of new 20 x 40 outdoor school (no lighting as yet)
Lunging Pen
Group 3 dressage rider on site available to school or teach if needed.
All year round turnout
Excellent hacking
7 days a week

Private yard with only 2 other liveries and owners horses so very quiet.

Many thanks

I run a livery yard in Oxfordshire that provides all that you mention, and i charge £100 a week all in but we do have an indoor school with a great surface. I rent the stables from the yard owners so that has to be included in my costs, recently i felt i had to put the prices up a little and talked to my owners and have agreed that they now provide their own hard feed and everybody seems to be happy. Bedding can be an issue with cost as 2 bales if shavings a week is a lot more expensive than say 3 to 4 bales of straw.

Hope this helps?

The yard I work at charges £150 a week for very similar, only difference being they have an indoor school but their hacking isn't very good. It is in surrey so not far from you. Yours sounds like a lovely yard!
