I know the sort you mean, I saw some reasonably priced ones the other day, will check my laptop browsing history for you

Though not full I do know that Horseware do a waterproof liner for fly rugs that has no surcingles so that may be worth a look
 
I have a mac in a sac one (not horseware, will look at label if you like) it folds up into a tiny bag which is ideal for me as we are hitching a lift and don't like to take too much. Only thing I would say is the velcro is not really big enough at the front and it could do with a surcingle to stop it flapping. If the horseware one has these then go for that one :)

But it is very useful, both my friend and I huddled under each side (whilst it was on the cob) and used it as a tent! :D
 
I've been trying to sell mine all year with no takers. Mine fits from the ears right through to the tail and goes over the horse or the rug - meant specifically for keeping the horse dry at shows. I only ever used it once and its been sitting up in our spare room ever since.
