Full service board prices

Two to try - Anna Jellis (nee Anna Beck) who is in Romsey, Hants, and Ben Dunning (Rozel Breeding) in Southampton. Both on Facebook

Showing producers do this as standard but probably not the discipline you are looking for. If jumping is your thing there are working hunter producers who will do full service inc. bringing to shows - this is similar to your version of hunter jumpers.

Thank you everyone! I will definitely check out some of these suggestions. I was also wondering does anyone have any suggestions on what shows I should be aiming for? At home I am competing in the 105 jumpers!

I know nothing about showjumping, but I guess you’d be best looking at the British Showjumping website.

You’ll find shows are quite abundant and accessible over here! Plus cheaper in general!

Check out the British showjumping website for various categories and qualification pathways.

I’m sure wherever you end up basing yourself will help you navigate both the rules and suggest bigger shows to aim for.

Wrong area but I was looking at Talland's website last night, just being nosey really as they are transparent with prices which a lot of websites are not.
I was surprised at their full livery package. about £230 straw and hay to £245 haylage and shavings. This includes late night check/groom and feed! They provide the entire package, training, transport and grooming at shows but that would be extra.
I couldn't afford it but I would expect more ££

I have nothing useful to add except I am from Canada where the set-up is quite similar to the US. It has taken some adjusting but generally quite like the options in the UK as opposed to home. I am now on 5 day part livery. Apart from my last yard I have tended to be on smaller yards where someone will mention about a show and we wouls go together. I didnt do any big competitions or anything but shows are in abundance here and found them to be much, much cheaper

We do BS. There are all heights from 70cm through to 1.50. I would find a yard to base yourself, preferably with a show jumper and they willguide you through. There are plenty of shows in the area you hope to settle. Maybe come over yourself and then sort the horse. I cannot recommend Anna Jellis (nee Anna Beck) enough. She competes, teaches and has loads of pupils. She will guide you through the system. There are of course others - it depends where you finally live.
