Fuller fillies?

Has anybody else had issues with having items delivered? ive been waiting around 3 months for a pair of country boots?

starting to get really fed up with it! wouldnt be so bad if i was regularly updated but ive had to chase things up, and still had nothing back to my last email i sent about it.

(website says a waiting time of approx 2 months)
 
Oh, wasn't there all sorts of stuff about them on here last year? The name rings a bell, but I've never dealt with them myself.

Wasn't there some contention about them encouraging riders who were actually too heavy for their horses? :confused3:
 
Not to sure tbh I won't usually involve myself on those kind of arguments as I always feel I'm too fat for my horse lol!

Just think its ludicrus they expect people who pay £150 for an item to wait!
 
I had a look, out of interest. Some of those horses are carrying way too heavy riders. Not all, some. Poor backs and hind legs - you can see the strain in their stance. : (
 
Tbh I have a medical condition which makes it near impossible to loose weight so this is why I don't like to comment as you never know the persons history some in those pictures they don't look to bad but some even I would question and hope they are down the gym weekly like me lol!
 
Just because Fuller Fillies provide equestrian clothing for larger people does not mean that they are encouraging riders who are too heavy for their horses. I am a VERY big girl, I own horses, I want clothing that is suitable to wear for the stables but I have the common sense to know that I cannot ride my horses. There are many big people who are involved with horses and want/need suitable clothing who do not ride. I dont think that being or not being able to buy a pair of jods will influence whether someone rides or not. If a large person wants to ride, they will ride. If they cannot get jods they will ride in jeans or tracksuit trousers.

Also, working in a sales, I can totally understand how things can end up taking ages to get to a customer - I am not saying it is right but sadly it does happen despite your very best efforts sometimes.

From memory, the previous threads about FF wasn't about them selling clothes for larger women (no-one objected to that) but the insulting things they put about thinner people and defending people riding horses they were too heavy for.

Something like that, anyway.
