Fully clipping

My horse has recently been fully clipped. I was just wondering what sort of temperature do people wait for before turning them out naked 24/7?
He was out day/night naked before with just a bib clip. He doesn't have a field shelter. He's a cob.
 
I've been changing rugging every day lately ... (fully clipped, cobs and warmbloods). Last week they were out in fly rugs only and could have been naked no problem ... This week back in rainsheets except wussy who is in a sweet itch rug + rain sheet over the top. I don't mind the temp dropping at night as long as it's warm again during the day, so I'd probably guesstimate about 10 degrees night drop with warm days for full nudity. I'd rather they were a bit colder than too hot. My warmblood has full summer coat now, clip completely grown out and they're all fat.
 
She was naked a week ago during the day with 180gm rug on overnight. Now she has the 180gm rug on all the time as we only have between 10 & 12 degrees :/

Her clip is growing out slightly but will be clipped again when it gets warmer as she is clipped all year (hot horse & events)
 
Usually have rug off during the day but we are still getting frost at night in Scotland so she has a lightweight turnout at night. She cannot tolerate cold and is a fully clipped and hogged cob.
 
Each day is different. If there is a cold wind, I rug more. If it's warm, dry, no wind, they are naked. Wet but warmish, they get a rain sheet. We still have frost at night too, so they are still in at night with 200 or 300g rugs.
