Poor Patches walked into the field and seemed "up for it" until about 10 cows turned and ran towards her. For a split second she couldn't decide whether to run or turn and boot them. She settled for a bit of both!
Turned her bum, fly bucked and then cantered off! Hilarious!
Thank God hubby was there to step in and turn the cows as we galloped off over the horizon!
We decided to do our own thing and left the men to fetch the cows. Had a nice hack around the edge of some of the fields and had a fair few canters. Was only out for about 40 minutes but she was incredibly sweaty and blowing when we got back.
Thoroughly enjoyed it! Got a tad nervous when a buzzard started circling over head. I wondered if he was waiting for me to fall off!
