Hi everyone,

I've heard this called "waterlogged coronets" - I can't work out how to attach photos but in summary my horse has some white/flesh coloured substance around her coronet band. I think it's a fungus because she wears neoprene overreach boots which I've realised probably retain water after it's rained.

Is there anything I should do to prevent and treat this? Many thanks

I have seen photos of a white substance with pitting which people say only occurs in the wet, trying to find them again, can't remember whether the cause was fungal or not though.

like this?
