Hi does anyone know of any funky turnout rugs I really liked the spotty one from joules and cupcake one from derby house but they don't sell them anymore has anyone seen any really good ones thanks
 
weatherbeeta - i`ve just got one for horse no.3. this year its paintball splashes on a black background. cob no.1 has one covered in big green apples and cob no.2 has a colourful one of oblong shapes. looks great in the fiels in deep midwinter when everything else is grey and gloomy.
 
My horse has a wardrobe of joules rugs, she has a striped one, a cream one with coloured squares and a brown and pink spotty one.

My horse is better dressed than I am! :(

Seriously though try eBay that's where I got all of mine from
 
The cow print rug is from derby house. I've just been on their site and they arnt on there now. I only got mine a month or so ago from so maybe worth emailing them
 
Hope you can find one, then YP can look as cool as mine....

Derby house do cow print ones occasionally, robinsons often have funky own brand ones (I bought a paint splash one) and wetherbeeta have brought out some nice funky patterned ones this season!
 
I love colourful rugs, my favourite is the Weatherbeeta Benjamin Stripe one.

I like the sound of the paintball splodge one, I'll have a hunt for that.
 
I bought my boy a 5'9 Joules Fiona Spot turnout as fell in love with the colour, cost me near enough £80 and pone managed to have a growth spurt before I had chance to use it!
 
I have the "blue sheep" fleeces with matching travel boots, for "best" for my 2 arabs :D

They will make them bigger as a one off, and they looked so cute with a cornflower blue halter (both arabs are grey) :D

PS - they have the cow print rugs as their stable rugs, and the green apple rugs for turnout (from Derby house)
 
Sorry to bring an old thread back up. I was searching online for funny horse rugs and came across this post and thought I'd share one I'd found and brought for our horse. Its a zebra print fly rug but not like the other posted above. More "Zebra'ish" lol.

Make her look so funny and gets a few double takes. Has anyone ever seen one with cogs and wheels etc on it so it looks like the horse is a robot or clockwork? I'd be interested in buying one like that or similar.

All the best colours (in my opinion. I like bright rugs!) only come in pony sizes it seems :( I guess they think the crazy prints will only appeal to kids .... They are wrong!
