Funny or Not?

I thought it was quite funny. I thought the rider was so cool, giving the impression of being ultra calm until he realised the horse was going to tank off and then he grabbed the reins with both hands.
I'm an optimist, so guessing the ending was ok as the landing sounded quite cushioned.
 
I think it's one of those things you chuckle at, and then think 'Christ I hope they were ok!'

Well, that's how it went for me....!! Would like to have seen what happened next!
 
Yes I chuckeled for a split second, but more of a shocked/nervous kind of laugh if you know what I mean? The video needs to be a few seconds longer for me to decide! I hope they were ok
 
Oops, horse certainly didn't want to be part of that parade did he? I thought it was funny but it does kinda leave you wondering.....?
 
I giggled i thought it was funny. Did have a little wonder where they went though??? Would have been good if horse had popped up with no rider :D
 
Yes it's funny but yes I'm rather concerned that both were ok as they just completely vanished! It's very much like news stories, sometimes in H&H as well where they list an accident and never say how the animal was. You are concerned for the human but we also want to know if the animal was OK too!
 
I didn't think it was funny either. The rider had clearly been pretty hard on the horse's mouth before the clip began, the horse already looked pretty over threshold and ready to explode - and there was no info about whether horse or rider were OK after the fall. Horses don't prat fall for fun - falling over is pretty stressful for a flight animal. And I'd really like to be reassured that the rider hadn't impaled themselves...
 
I know, I couldn't find it funny either? :confused3:

I do tend to have a bit of a humour bypass when it comes to horses, but I can't help thinking oh god, did it fall in a ditch, did it trip and land on the guy etc etc

How do you think that outcome can have any kind of positive outcome?

No, I didn't think it was funny, horse must have been very stressed in some way or other to give off a reaction like that and go away from the other horses
 
I liked the way he sort of plopped into the bush... don't think he liked that parade. I feel for the rider, my horse does that mini rear...hop... lets GO!!! thing when we are out on a hack and he sees something he doesn't like. You feel so helpless because you can feel it coming so try and prepare yourself and stop it but to no avail.
