Anyone use one and if so what did you think ? Would it be suitable to use on a clipped horse who is currently changing coats and is at that ‘in between stage’ ?
thanks

I have one for the dog and I think it's the best thing ever.I can't believe how much hair it removes. I haven't tried it on a horse yet, but I'm looking forward to trying it in spring.

yes we have one and find it removes so much hair compared to a rubber curry comb although i dont know how the horse would cope clipped? depends if he is a big softy or a big boy

I have one and it's great - hair comes out in mounds! My boy doesn't bother at all, he quites likes it although haven't used it when he's been clipped. You don't have to use lots of pressure so I'm sure it would be fine.

They are amazing!!!! But.....only really work well on thicker coats. I think it would be a bit harsh to use on a clipped coat. Our unclipped WB last year didn't like it as his coat was so fine.

I got one for my Labrador and use it on my horses. My TB didn't like it over her hip bones when clipped but was fine everywhere else and ID loved it, also clipped. It does work best on unclipped horses and several people borrowed it last year as they were so impressed by the lack of hair stuck to me after grooming moulting horses.
