Yesterday I took Freya to the lovely Felbridge Show Ground for her first ever show jumping round. We've been having lessons and done a few clinics at home but this was her first SJ outing. Well, it was clear round before the proper classes started but that's nearly the same :D

She turns 5 tomorrow and has been in proper work since I've had her for just over 3 months now.

She was a superstar ginger pony, so chilled, took it all in her stride and we had a great time. She had one down in the first round and clear in the second for a lovely pink frilly. Here are a few pics (which I have bought!!)

Boots quickly whipped off and did a walk and trot test while we were there. Left before the results were up so not sure how we did but here's the vid. She's improving week by week and is such a little trier :D

Thanks for looking :)

Aw shes so cute, well done! Im jealous, I love that baby phase of bringing them on when they are all keen and wobbly, it's so rewarding. My baby ginge is all grown up now and has to do scary sized fences now lol.

Thanks very much :)

I've followed your boy's progress on here too and I really think they look alike!

Know what you mean about the baby phase though. Last season I was doing BE100 on my previous horse and now it's 60cm. It's quite nice actually ;)

Update: I didn't stay for the results of the walk and trot test as we had to get back but I've just got in to find an envelope in the post with a red frilly in it!!

We'd won with 72.5%. So proud of my little ginger!!
