I have now removed my horse and all my belongings off the yard.

To make matters worse yesterday she picked up a lovely looking shire x from Yorkshire (a good 3 hr drive) brought it back with no hay. When it got back on to the yard it fell out of the lorry, looked like it was struggling to get oxygen and it's tongue was blue, in the process of it struggling it smashed my drivers side car window and dented the chasis and all down the side of my car (this doesn't matter as I wasn't in it and I will claim it back through their public liability insurance) but if I had of been in the car I could of been seriously injured. No vet was called and he was just thrown out and no one checked on him at all in 5 hrs. (We obviously did before we left but he was very timid and put out with a very dominant mare). They had gone training and woundnt be back for hrs. So I called the rspca didn't expect much from posts on here but the inspector called me straight back and we had a long chat. She is going to call in Monday with whw in tow, as long as the big boy looks ok she has asked me to check over the hedge this am.

She told me she only generally has one chance and people respond better to whw. A throughly lovely lady, I really hope something can be done to stop this happening to other horses by this lady.

Firstly; poor horse and what a stupid woman. Well done for making the right calls.

Secondly; what so this ISN'T an RSPCA bashing opportunity? Well blow me down with a feather! 👍
