A couple of months ago I posted on here asking for some advice regarding my 5 year old section A who was proving a little tricky. My daughter who is 5 as well was struggling with his napping and I wasnt sure whether to get rid of him and start again or persevere. His behaviour on the ground is just stunning and he follows her round the school monty roberts style, over jumps etc and I thought that because of this we would give him one last chance...we have had 4 weeks of lessons 2 x per week + homework with a new instructor and this is the result so far.
OK so I didnt follow everyone's advice, but I am so thrilled with their progress and she is so loving every minute of riding, so for the minute he is safe and staying put
he still isnt perfect but he is progressing. We did go and view a fair few ponies and none of them were really what we were looking for either so we came to the conclusion, better the devil you know!
