Following on from some recent posts on here, my best friend has a gelding with ringbone on a foreleg - if it was going to 'fuse' how long would that take? Years, Months??
If the ringbone is near the joint, its not normally very good news as they are high mobility joints unlike the hock where bony changes are able to fuse quite well sometimes.
