Looking for recommendations on best feeds for new horse, he is very underweight and also a very fussy eater. Looking for a feed that is not going to fizz him up too much either as he's just a baby who doesn't realise how powerful he is! Also looking for chaffs that a fussy eater is more likely to eat as he has just spat everything we've given him out

Calm and condition? I know some people don't like it but especially made up with warm water soli couldn't get enough of it. Didn't fix him up either.
 
I'd try agrobs museli or copra- finding agrobs chaffs was a revelation for mine!
and add linseed
you want the calories to be oil based to be non heating really.

pink mash also seems to go down very well though I haven't tried it myself.
