Hi guys,

Been hearing some very good things about this supplement, I've had some problems recently with my very tense mare and this sounds just the ticket, however i'm worried how palatable it is? My mare is a very fussy eater and at fifty pounds a pot i would hate for her to turn her nose up at it!

How does your fussy eater get on with it?

:)

I sware by this stuff, had my horse on it for years and wouldn't change to anything else. He is not a food orientated horse at all and there is a lot of powder to get into the feed with this calmer. I found building it up really slowly helped, just add a little a day and gradually increase. I think they also sell a mint flavoured one, and a yeast flavoured supplement you can add in with it to encourage the horse to eat. I also add a tiny bit of water to bind the powder to the feed which helps. Give them a call and speak to Malcolm - he is really really helpful. One last thing - my horse was a nightmare through the loading period, which they do say can happen in some cases. It got to the point I nearly took him off it as he was so horrible, but I stuck at it because I had read this might happen and I'm glad I did - he is soo laid back now its unture, compared to what he was like.
