i am thinking of furthering my education and have been told Middleham University does some excellent courses , the trouble is living in portugal i cannot find it , i have been assured it is a recognised British University , can anybody please help me ?
chris

if that is the case ,why have so many people here invested thousands of pounds doing courses based on qualified instructors from there ?

Prob best to ask those you know who have paid the money tbh. It is not a well regarded university over here and not a place I would give any of my money to.
If you let us know the answer to Pixie's question then I'm sure there are lots of people who will be able to help you out. Loads of present and past students on here!

i already work sometimes in the uk, i am thinking of doing the degree course at Myerscough , but several say that Middleham graduates have the best following

Cos they got sucked in? Wanted a quick qualification? Something for 'nothing' (relatively, a couple of grand but little time investment)?

What do you want to study? If it is for distance learning then I'd try OU first.

Really, it is not worth investing money and time in an awarding body which has zero respect in the wider community - just makes you look like a wally. If you really want to further your education and get a qualification then use a recognised establishment :)

.ac.uk is a big clue to a decent academic establishment. Middleham.ac.uk, middleham-university.ac.uk, middlehamuniversity.ac.uk do not exist!

Much respect if you do go complete a degree while still working - not something I could entertain these days :)
