Futurity entry - I'm an idiot and I'm stuck!!!!

I'm stuck!!!! HELP!!!

How do I knwo the sires passport number? I'm guessing its on the covering certificate that got lost.

Mare has no sire or dams sire.

Mares passport number is I presume the Weatherbys number even though shes SPSS graded?

I haven't named filly properly yet either...oh bugger.

Wish I could help but have not done my entering yet....have all that fun and games to come....LOL

The sire's passport or registration number would be on the passport or breeding papers of the mare, or are you talking about the sire of the foal.....am lost now.....ROFL...

Sorry I ment sire of the foal - had the covering certificate in a really safe place and Dad moved my really safe place and lost a vaccination card, a passport and a covering certificate. Hit the roof....!

Mare has unknown breeding so presume to leave those boxes blank....oh I hate forms with a passion.

aaaahhhh I see........the mist clears.....

So basically you have "misplaced" your covering cert and all other docs. My suggestion call the stallion owner, explain the situation and I am sure they will be more than happy to furnice you with the info you need.

You would leave the other breeding blank if it cant be filled in......love forms as well....I always find I have entered something into the wrong part!

I phoned SHB(GB) for mine... I panicked when it came to dam's sire
